Bought the game but don't own it anymore

So I bought the Veteran pack around a month ago, and when I did, the pre-purchase page changed to show me that I owned the Veteran pack. However now when I log in and check, I don’t own it anymore, and I have the ability to buy it again or sign up for a free account. I don’t want a free account, I want my Veteran account which I have already paid for! I also never received the founders tag. What’s going on here? Am I freaking out over nothing, or did something happen? And am I the only one experiencing this?

If you don’t get a response in here by lunch tomorrow I’d suggest you PM Badman.

Raises a good question regarding what SD plans to do in regards to customer service for their future games. Have they cloned Badman enough times to cover all the emails? :slight_smile:

I got the same problem as well I logged in to upgrade my veteran pack and it said I don’t own it anymore…but when I check my “gifts and purchases” it says I do still own the veteran pack I hope it’s just a glitch right now.

Same thing here but as long as its still in the purchased part I wouldn’t worry.

I’ve checked all of your accounts and they show that you each own one of the DB Packs. I’m not sure why the site wouldn’t reflect that - I’ll let our tech guys know so they can have a look.

There was indeed a bug with the layout on the overview page and store review page where it would not change the button text if you owned an item. We have fixed that now. :slight_smile:
