Bought Merc but did not recieve

After grinding for about 8 days I finally got enough credits to purchase a merc, I purchased phantom because he looked like a fun merc, after using nearly all of my credits to purchase this merc, I realized It did not unlock it for me. Gave me the confirmation it said something like: 53,482 after purchase 3,482. I selected yes, did not recieve. Restarted the game and is STILL not there. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you still have your Credits? Might just be a weird client thing.

Or maybe it’s punishment for trying to buy Phantom.

Nah, it took my credits, think phantom ghosted and then stole them :tongue:

Get a support ticket, then reconsider your metc list. I’m counting on you to not be another Genji main.
