Bought a merc but never received

It seems like a lot of people have been having the problem of buying a merc, having the money charged but not receiving the unlocked merc. Is there a fix to this yet. I have the same problem.

That and the customer support website seems to be down.

Have you received your purchase yet? The forums can’t really help with this. You would need to open a ticket with Nexon Support. Try the link in my signature.
