Bought 10 Crafting kits, didn't receive em but lost my money. SD PLEASE READ

So i bought 10 crafting kits first there was a quite typical problem with something about the transaction not going thru, then i went to the spot again to buy em, then i saw my money had gone but i still hadnt received my crafting kits, i restarted the game twice still nothing, is this some kind of bug or what? what can i do to receive what i bought?

Have you restarted Steam yet?

alright, i got the crafting kits now after 1,5 hours, Dont know why there was such a delay but thanks for the help anyways!
