Will any of the bot names from W:ET or ET:QW re-appear on BRINK?.
Bots
i dont care if i know they are bots or not, i mean if youre playing solo/co-op you already know who is a bot and who is not.
i just hope they dont act like bots, and more like poeple. From what i hear this is the case and I’m glad to hear it
They are supposed to behave like “ideal teammates,” which a lot of times, can actually be better than playing online.
they steal real-world playernames by downloading their names from Brink online stats database.
for realism half the the bots will;
> shoot you in the back
> run in front of you when you are shooting
> won’t give ammo, meds, radar or revive
> steal your objective
> accuse everyone of hacking
> play as though it is team deathmatch
> rage about teams being stacked
i wonder if anyone not register there under this username, soon.
p.s.
also could be cool if boots will be able to post right here[yes, in SD forum], or tweet at least
For me Old Man Frankie and Harry monkee gave some laughs on et:qw, for the usual bot stuff. medic stood over u but wont revive u, and the I’ll repair my turret before disarming explosives.
Thought :: It would be a nice touch if the bots were named after members of the DEV team…
[QUOTE=Ramziez;256219]I really hope so… and I hope they don’t act like this.

I really wet my pants on this one :D:D:D
Would you want to go around killing bots named Paul Wedgwood… I wouldn’t that’s for sure
I think it would be more likely for bots to have their online monikers rather than their actual names.
Horse got what i was meaning. check the ‘people’ part of the site for dev team nicknames.
cant see aubrey hesselgen catchin on as a bot name… hahaha
and radek and jeshua’s surnames dont exactly roll off the tongue
@chris… Thanks, wasnt aware you could change bot names in et:qw, i have PC ver. but play PS3(older patch1.3)
I’ve seen it on few servers, Nirvana server has variations on the names of the regulars that play there.
