i just wanna noe if there any bots program for this game? i really wanna play offline to get some more pratice.

Run around nearly empty servers as both sides to get a feel for the maps. Knowing the maps is the most important thing.

I’ve heard or somehow stupidly gotten the assumption that you could deploy bots in RTCW. It’s just that they won’t do anything, but stand there with a stupid look on thier face. If this is true then I think it’d be neat to use em in a fashion similar to mp_assassination.
The only problem I could see (if they do work like I think they do?) is how would you trigger a map action on thier death?
I don’t even pretend to know, I’m a player not a mapper. 
P.S. Make maps like mp_base in RTCW. This is THE perfect map for both objective and OLTL. Not too big, nice alternate routes, and a tough battle for both sides. I can just picture the route to radar #2 using Axis only team doors on one side of the office and Allied only on the other side. And maybe a nice juicy catwalk on the roof of the tunnel for sneaky Allied engs coming in prone.
