Bot help

Some maps bots dont’ move… how can i fix this problem?? some of these maps are awesome… thanks for any help :slight_smile:

we need to know what bot mod you are using to get bots in the first place

to answer why bots don’t move thats because bots need extra files to help them navigate around the map they cannot just be spawned into a map and expected to work

if you are using custom maps then its pretty likely that there wont be any navigation files for them so they wont work. Your two best options are to try to find and download a bot navigation file for the maps you want to run (only really useful if the map is a pretty popular one), the other is to visit the bot website and find out how to create navigation files yourself for the map you want to run)

I believe both fritzbot and omnibot have instructions on their sites to make your own waypoint files

yes, what is your bots mod ?

All bots need waypoints to move. May be that your map does not have a waypoints for these bots. Omni-bot does not need sript, bobot needs script for moving, fritzbot, i dont know.
