SO bought Brink to play with my buddy and this game has been nothing but tedious…

At first we had the server not responding issue, which we wasted 2 hours to fix (We’re not software champs)

Now even if I set our campaign games to “My Rank or Higher” my buddy still cant join even though he is of higher rank…

How much more broken could this be? I know the game hasn’t been out this long but damn aren’t these things you make sure work before you ship?!

Ok Im done ranting Im just pissed off at how inconvient this game is…

dear 1 post poster.

if you want any help here you have to post your hardware specification. what would be most important is your router config and your buddy’s router config.

you probably only need to forward a port.

if you just want to flame and/or troll. nevermind.

The My Rank or Higher option only applies when searching for games. If you want to play campaign with a higher ranked friend, that person will have to make the game.
