Bloody screen and dirty screen

Hey in the setting you know how you can turn off blood and dirt on your screen do you guys suggest if I should turn it on of off?
And also what a a good Fov?

I’d definitely turn it off, anything that clutters your view is pretty bad.

Whatever you feel comfortable with, I tend to stick to the 85-90 range.

Are you able to turn it off? I’ve got everything “off” in my settins, but I still get it… :c

And yeah, most people tend to find 80-90 FOV to be substantial. My personal preference is 100+ though xD

It’s located at settings -> hud -> screen effects.
Personally i keep blood effects on, because i find myself running into gunfights with ~20 hp without the blood reminding me I’m almost dead :s
And I prefer 100 FoV, though most people use 80~90 as Faraleth said.

I had it turned on before because of that same reason, but now, when I turned it off, I recognize when I am low on health by that heart beating…

You can turn both off in the settings.

I wouldn’t recommend turning off blood, but DEFINITELY turn off dirt, that is the most useless thing ever.
