Blood Post-process and Health/reload indication

(CCP115) #1

Does anyone feel as though Blood Post-Process is annoying and not indicative of your actual health? Before, it was terrible, every time you took 1 damage, your whole screen would go red, and I would freak out, thinking I was really low health. Turns out I only took 1 damage. It is slightly better now, but still not very indicative of your current health. Does anyone else think it needs tweaking? And no, I won’t turn it off, because then I die without realising all the time.

And apart from Blood Post-process, does anyone else think the lack of health/reload indication is kind of annoying? The health bar is teensy, and only changes colour if I’m critical. Overall, I think it could be larger, or just better placed.
And reload indication, it’s a lot smaller of a deal, but still, sometimes I will get to 3 bullets in a clip and just not realise, because I am busy with something else.

Just me? Anyone else?

Just so long as it doesn’t tell you to reload when you have no bullets left in reserve, or perhaps just a general low ammo indicator. Notice me Skyhammer senpai…

Yes, the blood spatter is annoying and it’s mostly because it seems to not care about what your HP is at all. It should be tied directly to your HP and go away instantly if you go above a certain threshold.

turn it off or lower it in the ini file…

MaxParticleVertexMemory= 260 should be a good Value…
