Black screen

hello i have been having a black screen whenever i load up the game or load into a game and it take at least over a minute to load into the game and also sometimes it kicks me out…can someone help me with this issue
os: windows 10
cpu: amd black series 2core+4g
video card: amd radeon 6500
internet: down 10.83 up: 1.93

Everytime i try to join a server for the first time my game freezes either on the black screen before the little DB logo appear or in the loading screen with the map picture, and whenever that happens I do a Ctrl Alt Suppr and then Esc without clicking any of the option and the game unfreeze. Its not random its consistent and does it everysingle time and the magic command always work.

Why wouldnt it :smiley:

I have two friends with the exact same problem as Jesus. Loading screen gives black screen and freezes. If you do ctrl alt del then the game unfreezes.

I’ll get a black screen freeze usually on my first match that lasts for a few seconds, then goes back to normal. I’ve just accepted it as a regular occurrence.
