black screen for awhile

hello i have been having a black screen whenever i load up the game or load into a game and it take at least over a minute to load into the game and also sometimes it kicks me out…can someone help me with this issue

cpu: amd black series 2core+ 4g
video card amd radeon 6500
internet: 10 down and 3.00 up

That’s not a very powerful system, there’s a good chance this is the reason why the game won’t run well.
