The game would be better if we can filter who we want to play against (like avoiding cheaters) by blacklisting players that you don’t want to see again in quick join. Such as reputation , you are only matched with people who’s not in your list.

That just makes match making even more difficult. Would take even longer and its no where close to a perfect system.

This would be a hell of a algorhythm and make the matchmaker more buggy and longer for sure. I mean yes, such an option is awesome as hell, but at some points noone would find a game anymore.
@giftedBull Why don’t you use Server Browser instead? It’s faster than MM, too.

They’re working on a report system that’ll ban hackers outright, so there’s no need for a blacklist. Once the cheaters are dealt with, who’s going to be blacklisted? I imagine there’ll be a lesser punishment in time for people who are dicks/verbally abusive so it’s not like they’ll go unchecked too. Plus you can check who’s in a game before you join.

Well honestly if they would do that they’d probably be the whiney hackusators too. Blessing in disguise to not play with those people.

I think we can worry about this after we get our bugs fixed and we have a bigger playerbase.

people can change their name in game - u would need the unique player ID number which u would have to ask for. “Hi can i have ur ID so i can black list you”?

Well not that I think it’s a good idea but you wouldn’t need to ask them for that if they made blacklist an option in the drop down menu when you right click on their name in game.
