Big problem ！bridge map!

When I play the bridge map, whenever online, the pack I bought, the original, it goes into a no-stop loading and never enter. All the passes with bridge map are invalid, what’s worse is I can’t play the next pass neither.Looking forward to your help. xiaomz000@gmail.com please Email me if possible. Thank you

I just wanted to let you know that we’re aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix.

We believe some players may experience issues loading certain maps because they haven’t downloaded the entire game. The initial game download from Apple is under 50 MB, and the rest of the game (approximately 140 MB) is downloaded from our Content Delivery Network (CDN). Download times vary depending on your connection speed, and if you started the download on a poor connection you may not have downloaded all of the content properly, which would cause crashes or freezes on loading screens.

We’ve received reports from players who resolved this issue by re-installing the game. If you try this, it may allow you to download the missing content. When downloading the content make sure you have a STRONG internet connection, and if you can connect via WIFI.

When I bought the packs I was on my iPad, I then left an hour later and grabbed my iPhone when I left. I noticed the content hadn’t been downloaded yet and for the next couple hours, I was not able to use it at all on my phone as it said constantly that content was being downloaded. Once I got home I played on my iPad more and it worked ok. I returned to my phone later that evening and finally the content was available. But it took it several hours to download over 3g, which is a long time even at 3g speed. I almost wonder if the content cannot be downloaded at 3g over a certain size? I know apple restricts the size of downloads over 3G to like 20 MB through the app store unless you are jailbroken and use the 3g unrestricted app. Would that possibly apply to content downloads as well? Since there was no progress bar I had no way of knowing either how far along the process was if it was even moving at all. Though content downloads may not have anything to do with the app store or its restrictions. Just a thought

The size restriction is 50 MB for 3G connections and the initial RAD Soldiers download is well under that size.

Is it 50? It’s been so long since I was restricted I guess I forgot :slight_smile:
