They’re a lot more polite to each other over there, that’s for sure.

But we are the hardcore SD vets, I have a feeling that the game we are expecting is quite a bit different from what they are expecting. I see a lot of references to RPG style games when I suspect that gameplay will be a more evolved version of the previous Enemy Territory games, albeit with some RPG customization elements.

As for me, I’ve been an SD fanboy since May 29, 2003…the best day of my life. My firstborn son was born, and later that afternoon I discovered Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. What a day that was! My son and Wolf:ET have the same birthday: it must be some kind of divine sign!

imo, console players was so soft, so nearly nothing to understand there.
“consoles” as consumer electronics device not much differe from cell phones or boomboxes for them[for example].
i mean, their needs/requrements quite usual and standstill for many ages.

I know, I put my xbox 360 in my pillowcase, and to wash it, I add some downy.

Fun to lurk there but these forums are still far less tame and tend to have more depth.

We Stole Horse. and we like him, thus he is not coming back :stuck_out_tongue:

(H0RSE) #49

(digibob) #50

I would :frowning:

(H0RSE) #51

The staff love the verbose, the humour value alone must be priceless. We speculate about their game while knowing nothing, they drop hints to keep the fires stoked while chuckling over the silly things we think are game breaking. You couldn’t hire people to write the stuff we all come up with.

There is a reason I always hesitate when it comes to trusting the reassurance on game info from forum users. Then a SD member just shows up and drops a poetic line without revealing anything. There should be a law against these things… I blame the tapirs :stroggtapir: :D.

(tokamak) #54

That reason must be the amount of pages of sheer whine you can produce without it.

Then again, the users here aren’t as naive as the ones on Bethesda, who sometimes seem to be talking about a completely different game.

-slim type : Lindslay Lohan or anorexic fashion model

If the game isn’t as good as you keep telling everyone. I blame you :).
