There will be an open beta as well, so you don’t need to buy anything. To bad that I don’t have paypal or else I would have bought a package.

Guaranteed access at least one month before Open Beta. Priority invite to the Closed Beta in early 2013, plus the chance of invitation to the Closed Alpha running now
