Best weapon for medics?

Yeah, I realized medics only have crappy guns and the strongest weps for them are melee. So should I use a gun or a melee weapon?

Cocklers! my fav personally. Melee right now at least imo is underpowered based on energy cost making it very hard to use on anything without cloak.

Cockler MT-5 is good for Kate. For other two medics, I usually use Cold Automatic or Woozy as they have range of 5.
I think it is OK to have only poor weapons for medic as they should not be too aggressive. Their healing ability is already quite powerful.

<3 the cockler especially on Gus.
I don’t like melee on healers since I generally keep them behind the frontline troops.

I use a Woozy or six-gun on Merci depending on the setup, and a cockler or six-gun on Kate

They should really give medic only weapons to them

Maybe they should make the SMG medic specific and release another SMG that is stronger than the ones we have. Maybe an SMG that still costs 4 points to equip, but costs 4 points to use with the benefit being higher damage output and further range.
