@terminal KEK isnt horrible, probably just better in others hands. But I do agree Crotzni and Hochfir are the best for Phoenix. But there is no such thing as a bad load out for Phoenix.

I reckon Crotzni just because it can have Potent Packs (whereas Kek only gets Extra Supplies). This means that the Crotzni cards don’t require you to hold down your Q button for as long to get the same healing result, and is therefore 20% faster to use in combat. On top of that, it allows you to heal your teammates for a larger amount when maxed out.

I don’t really think the combined Potent Packs and Extra Supplies is worth the change to the Hochfir. If they replaced the Cool augment with Get Up, Mechanic, Drilled, or Unshakeable, it would be more viable, but as it is the Kek and Crotzni loadouts are just better.
