Everything off or low…apart from hires textures, dynamic shadows… think thats it.

Textures will make a difference depending on how much vram you have. If you have a geforce card you can use the geforce experience thing and just click the mechanic icon instead of the optimize icon. This will bring up a slider. Just push it all the way to performance and you’re done. Nvidia knows what settings their cards are good or bad at so it actually does a pretty good job.

Shaders? Did you come from minecraft? Just a guess.

i’m on some overclocked intel with 2 VC’s in SLI. i’m not talking about speed or performance. i meant actual contrast settings that would give advantage. example: when i used to play soldier of fortune 2 many years ago, i would adjust my contrast to an extreme to so i could see “clearer” opponents far away in the distance. it took some careful adjusting but i ended up with 79% accuracy mainly sniping (bolt action). just wondering if there’s any way to adjust the way things appear in game. say smoke or mines would be more highlighted given a certain contrast/brightness setting.

I would say what I think, but that would get me lots of hate. Shaders are for any game, not just minecraft. tech nerds angry breathing
