Only considering Burst Rifles, my choice would be either S81 or B41.
I picked S81 over S72 because S81 have two pretty nice perks, and while you have Explodydendron with S72, the two other perks are not good and your secondary is not really great when put with a Burst Fire weapon. Better take a faster firing secondary like the Selbstadt or the M9 IMO : better feel.
About B41, I mainly take it because there’s the M9 and Explodydendron. I’m hesitating with B83 : not sure if quickdraw is such a gamechanger on Kira : good Kiras usually just point a direction with the laser and switch to their primary in between, so it can be interesting, and you have also mechanic that I find great and can save some games if your engineer died a bit too quickly, but I am still not sure if it’s worth the loss of Explodydendron and the M9. You have the Selbstadt though, it’s still a fine secondary with your BR-16.
