I recently bought Phantom and read a guide on how to be good with Phantom, after reading it and reading the summary I have gotten quite good with Phantom and am now looking for a good card, I currently have a Blishlok card with the DE 50. and Katana along with quick slash, drilled, and quick hand (Or whatever the fast draw card is) however, I am looking for a Phantom card that will have a Blishlok and katana along with any of the essential perks for Phantom. (Undercover, Chopper or both if there is even a card like that)

Drilled is always a top pick, the first generation BL94 has both Drilled and Undercover.

Undercover isn’t really needed anymore…since they buffed the base duration and nerfed the bonus from Undercover. Chopper definitely isn’t essential because you shouldn’t be playing him like he doesn’t have a ranged weapon
Will have to look again some time in game but what you have is one of his better Blish loadouts for Gen 2…one I think I kinda wanted myself.
