Been gone a week what the hell?

Was gone for a week due to work. Logged on today and can’t manage to do anything. Tanks don’t tank, everything moves 100% faster. Did I miss something? I mean I know I’m bad but Jesus it’s so much harder today.

Every thing seems slower to me. Then again i cant play in windows 10 and am stuck running it win 7.
Though yesterday my sniper shots were missing even though i hit them.
