I just started a new character recently, my 6th one and now the voodoo face paint along with a few facial hair options like the beatnik is locked.
This has never happened before in the past and these items are locked for all of my characters, including my level 20s.
Has this been reported before? Is there a fix? HELP!

Once you unlock them on your new character they will unlock for all
some things are locked at lvl 1 even if you unlocked them for other dudes.
This happens when you delevel characters. The new level seems the limit for all chars

It had never happened to me before either, then I read this thread and directly afterwards, boom, there it goes. I kind of chuckled a little because I thought it was a pretty funny coincidence.
