Map is to easy to defend for Axis side, there are also lots of missing textures.

Maybe its an idee to wait your release and fix first all bugs and textures, i was running version 1.3 on our public server and now lots of other players have downloaded version 1.3 from us.So when you are gone release a new version i hope it will be the final one.
ps. Who is testing your maps?
i am fed up with people releasing custom maps with bugs and things massively wrong with them - this a prime example - there is no point in creating countless numbers of beta and versions so that players have to re-download a whole pk3 file again each time they play

Wait with your releases untill its bug free and all textures are there.

Before your map is released - please have private beta tests with people who are advanced mappers. Note down all the things that are wrong and correct them.
Your map popularity goes down when another version is released. Especially when the numbers gets above two, people just can’t be arsed
You make a good point about advanced mappers beta testing maps. Honestly, I’ve tested virtually every version of this map, but I’m not an advanced mapper; I’m only an above-average player. I was able to locate a LOT of exploits, but I’m sure there were many things I didn’t catch. The square sea and lack of voices during objectives didn’t particularly bug me, though.
this map bugged me so much i just deleted it - shame, with more work and time gone into the map it could be very good. nice idea kommando - mapping and excessive pk3’s let it down.
if i were u - i would make the terrain more beach like. sandy.
great map, only the missing textures and bugs are really bad thing, also the hill that allies need to walk up in order to get to the main fence is too steap. very hard to get onto there.
kommando is going to have a heart attack when he reads all of these comments. :bored:
I think the main problem is his attempt to release an entire campaign as soon as possible. I like this beach map, but it’s definitely experiencing some problems that should be easy fixes. He’s obviously focusing on too many projects at once. I think working on more than one map at a time is a bad idea.
