Anyone has played that game yet?

I am wondering what the laws about plagiarism are. The tank guy with the minigun is called Rhino, the guy who can heal himself is called Phoenix…

And it’s not just DB, the sniper girl’s ability is Widowmaker’s infra vision for example. I know these similarities tend to be pretty common in video games, but they could at least choose different names for the mercs…

Anyway, this game is pretty terrible all around, horribly balanced, insanely clunky and slow, full of copy pastes from other games, I really don’t recommend it, and I was wondering what could happen if SD sued them. I know Steam is pretty harsh on things like that and the game could probably be removed from Steam.

that is one huge piece of crap tbh
they even copied one of the payday character

Might give it a try. And is it me or the one girl look like bayonetta. But is it a rusian game or something most of thw vids i saw were in some forign language text. Also find it funny that they have a rhino with a machine gun

No it’s a Korean game, but Russia has its own separate version of the game and it has been out for a while, so for now most of the videos are in Russian.

And yes, Natasha does look like Bayonetta a lot, just with less clothes.

And they recently announced the new map, it’s called Nuke. Where have I seen that before? cough CSGO cough I guess the map is gonna be different, but again, why would they go for such a name when there are millions of other ways to name their map? I just don’t get it.

But yeah I guess most games lack uniqueness nowadays, the Battle Royale trend also brought its fair share of similar games.

Ill give it another try but i find game play way to slow i prefer db movement speed and holy shit na servers were at 15000 pinge.

I think there could be some potential to the game.

I gave it a try and it feels meh. Of course, most of the characaters, while still having their own personalities, seems to be copy-paste from other games : Natasha with her OW Widowmaker ult, Rhino with a minigun, the guy that can become invisible and say the exact same words than Phantom, the medic with the same healing abilities as OW Soldier 76, and so on.

The gameplay is really meh and movement feels slow. I don’t know if the hitboxes are buggy or the netcode is crap but I did some kills when I should have clearly missed, and on the other side, I missed when I was clearly on target.

Regarding content, I don’t understand how some players can already be lvl 80+ : 3 maps for the search and destroy mode, only 1 for the domination one, levels unlock nothing, all mercs are available from the start, no skin, nothing to pay for.

Maybe in months or one year it could be interesting, but for now, this game is in a TOO early access.

Some chars are not actually available in the european version of the game. But the korean version is already more complete and has a lot more chars that we actually have.

Never understood why some studios release a cut version of an already existing full game. Same happened to Archeage, the european and american version of the game having to pass through the same issues the korean version already went through.

For info, they just release a merc limit system with only 8 chars (the ninth actually being private tested). SD, when ?
