basic map theory question

I’m working on a new map idea, not ready to explain it yet, but, I do have question during the planning stage. How do the amount of constructables/distructables and types (i.e. fist,sachel,dyno,tank) effect fps and load time?

One more question, is it possible, in a campaign, to have the next map decided by the outcome of the previous map?
