If your one of the many ultra negative PC players and you jump into a forum titled Xbox 360 users or PS3 user spewing negative opinions based on your PC experience, would that be considering trolling when we all know the game plays a bit different on each platform?
Bashing Brink in another platforms thread is trolling right, for example...
Uhhmmm…care to clarify? I mean, I’m not being rude, in fact, I’m curious as to…w-what are you trying to prove with this thread?
Oh well I have noticed that in a lot of the threads here there seems to be lots of difference of opinions and mixed views on the state of the game, digging deeper I realized a lot of the complaints are different from platform to platform, so when people from other platform jump into a platform specific thread, its seem trolly.
that is most definitely trolling sir and many people do that. quite annoying i might add (i have done it myself though)
I think it’s not that “it seems”, “IT IS”…uhhmm…“trolly”. There’s no other explanation for that. Or maybe, since we can’t just rule it out, some people just tend to get…confused. But still, I stick closer to the thought that they’re just doing that to purposely enrage people over.
Its a simple fix really, if they would separate the forum by platforms and make people register there platform.
Sometimes posters aren’t making comments on the game for the benefit of the thread, but rather the devs reading the forum. And given that SD wanted gameplay parity across all three platforms, it would seem rather ironic if they created sections devoted to each platform. Afterall the game mechanics are identical right ? I wonder if thats the reason there aren’t many pc players currently playing.
cause temp bans don’t seem to be working. It’s pretty obvious you’re just trying to stir up controversy
“FANBOY RAGE!!!” / Just registered today after some annoying members were rightfully banned after calling everyone who didn’t agree with them fanboys. I’m not going to waste any more time on this.
the name is meant to be funny, relax I did not mean to upset anyone are start anything, I enjoy this game. The name and forum title are just my sence of humor.
thanks for the replies guys and by the way, this is a serious thread not to be taken as a joke, my account however is supposed make people smile. I am in fact a fan of Brink though, let that be clear.
I have been reading these forums for quite some time now, I guess you did not know that you can read these forums without having an account.
By the way I’m from the official Brink forum, but thanks for the welcome

if you’ve been reading these forums, you understand why your post/name/outlook & timing is greeted with some skepticism. if you are indeed a discrete entity, i apologize for suggesting otherwise.
i spend some time on the beth forums too, what’s your nick over there?
I half agree that at the moment, comparing the console versions of the game to the PC versions doesn’t make a lot of sense. Not only do PC players use technology that is completely different from that of a controller on a console, but as of this moment in time, the PC has updates that both the PS3 and Xbox360 are lacking, which does effect the game play of the versions a good bit (especially the weapons changes). Other than the weapon fixes, different server types, different technology used to play the game, and constant complaining from the users, the console versions aren’t that different from the PC.
