Hi,
I want only ask if someone (preferable a developer) can explain me exactly how base fee works.
A complete and updated answer, tthat’s all.

Oh…well…can’t ask for more xD I searched for 1 hour on google but find nothig…thing I had probably search in the wrong places xD
