Barbwire

I need to cover a long end of my map with barbwire.
Whats the best way to do it ?

a. Use models\mapobjects\military_trim\barbwire.mdc
b. Use a cylinder with alpha/barb_wire texture

I have problems with both of these.
a. I can’t stretch it that long so I can copy them allong the way. But how do I align them then ?
b. The texture get’s stretched so I only get thin black lines, and it isn’t curved like the model.

Anyone have suggestions ?

Aligning the models should be too hard. You should add the (oh, why can’t I remember the name of them) wooden board models throughout the barbed wire at the points where the models meet, that way if you accidentally misalign the models it’s hard to tell. :wink: Really, it shouldn’t be too hard. Use the red boxes around the models for help.
