I got permanently banned after someone used my account without me knowing. And apparently used third party programs on it. I can’t believe Dirty Bomb doesn’t warn you and just gives you a ban. I tried appealing but they said because it was banned I would not get my account back. They really need some way of allowing people who were unfairly banned to get there account back, or at least a warning (maybe a suspension for a week).

Dirty Bomb/Nexon has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to cheating. It is against the terms of use to allow other users on your account and you are liable for anything they did while on it. It doesn’t sound like this ban was unfairly applied as your account was caught cheating.
