Once this game gets around ten more mercs there will be room for a banning and picking phase in ranked!

If it was implemented now, who would you ban or pick? Remember that first ban gets first pick, second ban gets two picks after.

Sorry but i’d imagine your sawbonez getting banned frequently if it extends to two bans per team

I would imagine that if they do implement a ban option that the time you will have to wait longer before a game starts. Because if the other team bans one of your 3 mercs you’ll have to switch to another merc to fill in the 3rd spot. Also the ban vote would also take time so that mean longer witing times until a game starts.

And there are already people that think the waiting time in between matches is too long. I wouldn’t be against a ban vote (although I would say just 1 per team). => otherwise the enemy teeam could pick 2 (or more) engineers (or medics) and then your team would be screwed if you ask me because not everyone has 2 or more engineers or medics.

@tominatorx Banning has been happening in DBN and such for ages, you can only ban one of each merc type. So you’ll never be able to ban two engineers. Would be dumb otherwise.

Counter strike, quake, dota, nearly every competitive game has picks and bans. Most fps just have map picks and bans but once this game gets around ten more mercs it could have it. League didn’t invent picks and bans.
