I was playing yesterday until the update came out. It finished now and it says that im banned. Whats this?! pls unban me. thank you. it says my account has been suspended for a third party.

on ur support it says that u wont unban it. but why??? i didnt even do anything wrong. mostly it must have been some person who hacked my steam :neutral:

I’ll just go ahead and prepare you for the worst…
First of all, I will not claim that you did or didn’t hack. In the end, it will not change your situation as appealing a ban doesn’t do anything for you, unless they know that it was accidental.
Developers are not likely to respond to your thread, as they are not the ones that deal with bans. The -only- option provided to you is to file a ticket with Support, and if I read correctly, they did not want to help you. This usually means that whatever triggered your ban, they know it’s not a normal program and it interfered with your game.
Due to the fact that hackers try just as hard to get unbanned as regular duped players do, they usually don’t bother to investigate your claims further.
Unfortunately, they don’t tend to tell you what caused your ban, as that same information could be used to prevent hacks from being detected in the future.
Long story short, if support says no, it really means no. And I know how that feels, because I’ve been banned for no reason in another game I invested heavily in.

if thats the case then willl they delete the account so i can start over?
btw i read the things that can ban u and i think it must have been a keybinder that i ONLY use for SAMP

You were using a program that you shouldn’t of and you got banned, that’s protocol. No one here on the forums has the authority to unban you.

The forums are not a place to discuss or appeal bans. That can only be done through Nexon Support.
And based on everything I read it is highly likely that you will remain banned. This has been the policy for quite awhile.
