I tried submitting a ticket but the website wasn’t loading properly and I wasn’t able to and I’m frustrated so I will be posting here. I logged in yesterday to find my account was banned for using 3rd party programs. I don’t know of another way or place to submit this so I’m very sorry if it doesn’t belong here but I don’t deserve an unwarned permanent ban. I don’t even know why I was banned, please help. :neutral: I would just submit a ticket if it worked but when I select what kind of ticket, (Account Related) nothing happens.
