Banned without having played for more than 5 years

Hello,
I would like to play Dirty Bomb again but I can’t because when it starts it tells me I’m banned, how can I either get unbanned or just play it again? I don’t know what I had on my account anymore so it’s not really important to unban it, I would just like to be able to play the game again.
