I was queing for Dirty Bomb ranked, it found 3 matches and I accepted all 3 matches, no game was started, due to one or more players not accepting. Immediatley after accepting the third invite I got a “penalty” this penalty lasted 0 minutes and had no impact on ranked aside from the fact that I had to leave the party and rejoin.
