today i play a lot of party in ranked but during my last party my game crash (he close without reason)when i come back in the game i received a message “you are banned for leave the party,till 6 march at 2h40pm” but i not leave the game is not my fault,for the 3 time my game crash but only in ranked not in normal game but before i was banned for 1-2hours but now for one day… what is the solution? i can be unbanned or i need to wait till tomorrow ?

If you crash, you need to go back as fast as you can. The server will pick you up if the game is still going on. Did you tried to relog as soon as your game crashed ?
Either way, I wouldn’t bother to contact support since by the time they’ll answer, you’ll be unbanned. Sadly, I think you’ll have to deal with it and just plan something else for today. Anyway, ranked season 2 will not stop until June, so you still have plenty of time.

Eox–> after my game crash i restart and join the same party i am before i crash but when the party was ended i start another ranked match and i received the message,it’s strange because i dont really abandonned the game,i come back during same match
K1X455–> me too i have th same penality but it’s my 3-4 penality because my game crash since ranked match but today is 24hours penality not 1-2hours…

If your PC/game keeps crashing or you keep disconnecting you need to figure out what your issue is with your PC or your internet. If the other people are fine on the server, then it’s you (if your’e disconnecting). If your PC is crashing at all you need to troubleshoot it or get somebody who can to do it.
You are ruining 9 other people’s game if you can’t be bothered to fix your own internet or PC issues. I’m not saying this is you…but in my experience it’s extremely common. CS:GO was a nightmare with people like that.

Amerika_KC --> is not my fault if my game crash and before the update with ranked season 2 my game never crash,i say NEVER,only when i play ranked match he crash but in normal party stopwatch obj or execution no crash,but i see in ranked a lot of people crash,when i play a match 5vs5 in ranked 4 guys of the other team was “kick” (crash it’s sure) it’s strange at the same time 4people leave the game no? and my friend crash in ranked,maybe if you don’t crash you are lucky,so dont say me " you ruining the game "

How does it crash? Do you see blue screen? Is there any error messages? Have you check your logs at UnrealEngine3/ShooterGame/logs folder?

Is there anything more to tell about this problem? Are you e.g. in middle of game writing a message, or does this occur before game even starts? Have you noticed any pattern, when crash happens? Then these information would be useful:
-System spec (graphics cards, OS, ram etc).
-Latest drivers Y/N.
Do you have high temperatures or overclocked settings?

no just in random party i have that 
but always when i play with one friends in ranked when i play alone i not have this problem,i have 2.5ghz quad core,amd radeon 7770,6gb ram,windows 7 64 bite and i’m not overclocked and i repeat it’s only when i play ranked

Okay, this just happened to me few minutes ago in ranked match. Game crashed to desktop, no error messages etc. I quickly rejoined and it seemed to happen other as well.
