So, I just start up the game and all of a sudden I get the message saying my account has been suspended due to a 3rd party app violation or something even thought I was not using any hack tools or devices, what I think happened however was that the anticheat detected my Logitech mouse software as a macro tool or autoclicker as it has been stated as these can get you banned.
Banned for 3rd party application?!

I’m pretty sure NGS doesn’t pick on mouse software. I’ve been using Steelseries Rival and Razer Ouroboros and it seems to be mighty fine with that.
I’m also pretty sure that you can’t appeal to bans on the forum. Send a ticket to tech support.

Yep, as gg2ez said, you can only appeal via support, here: https://support-dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us/requests/new 
No one on the forums has the power to unban you from the game itself. Closing thread.
