Banned by Dirty Bomb Dev/Admin

Hello so around 2 days ago I was playing with a friend then out of no where I got banned, I was very confused so I emailed Dirty Bomb support and they replied with obviously a automated email saying I should contacted EAC, in which I did, my friends were saying that they scan your computer for any hack like programs which makes sense but I have no hacks on my computer, so I emailed their support, and they answered that they did not issue a ban towards me but a dirty bomb admin did, so I guess I got to many reports so the admin struck me with a ban hammer? I’d love to fix this because I’m currently playing Dirty Bomb on another acc which hasn’t been banned and I really enjoy it. Thx
