[banned bug]

i haven’t played in like 1 month and when i come in to play it said you have been kicked for a security violation and i have no idea what i have done can someone please help this is a bug because i did nothing and i am still banned or something

There is a fault in the alst update. You are unlikely to be perma banned. Check the announcements forum stickies for an explanation.
Hopefully the next update (in a few days) fixes this

turn off all overlays. overwolf, frame counters etc.

Well, if you search a lil on the Technical support and fórum announcements, you can see plenty topics about it.

It is normal, the NGS is crashing for some problem that the Dev Team is working on.

I’ve had this problem some weeks ago, but it seems fixed now, probable cuz low spec pc can just do not send to the NGS a valid info making it crash.

Well, I just put my game in low low low spec (4:3, 800x600) and this error stop happening to me. But I don’t know it is valid for eveerybody.

This fixed it for me. I was getting kicked after the Phoenix update, but uninstalling overwolf solved! Thanks!
