Banned because 3rd party app

So, yeah Dirty Bomb is a great game for me. A fun, great, casual game that means a lot to me. I play Dirty Bomb for over 220 hours. And i wanted to add more hours to my stat. But unfortunately NHS or whatever it’s called, the anti cheat systems detect app on my pc that i didn’t even know what is it(i’ve check the list of app that can trip nhs detection thingy on the forum) and im pretty sure i didn’t have any injectors, game engine or cheat engine whatsoever. Even if i still have that program on my computer for some reason (which i didn’t have because i enjoy dirty bomb like how it’s supposed to be played) i never use one of those programs. But yet here we are, got banned from playing my favorite game.

I really love Dirty Bomb in my own way, no matter how the dev kinda mess it up. I love how you can earn other mercs without involving any money. I love how the player react to each other to try to win a game. I love the fact that only God knows when it will be out from beta. But yeah i can’t play this game anymore because the anti cheat software says that ive committed something i didn’t do. I tried to complain but yeah “we can’t do anything”. Its alright, perhaps i should try another games, or make a new id(and spend another 220 hours to got my mercs again which mean no thank you, i wouldn’t)

So yeah farewell my friends, thank you for the great 220 hours of my life. Even though i kinda felt like i wasted my 220 hours for nothing. But yeah keep on improving this game SD :D, i hope youll be release this game from beta soon

I think you should create a support ticket. Not post it on the forums.

Also it’s impossible to add people with their Steam name on Steam because it gives you 1000+ people with a similar name. You need to give the profile link or the ID (numbers)

While the posts made by Nexon and such on these matters is generally very pessimistic you should contact support. If you genuinely believe that you were acting in good faith (check this list - http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/10760/programs-that-will-get-you-flagged-banned) you should raise a support ticket as @FrostyVampire suggests or try PMing someone with clout like @RazielWarmonic . If you enjoy DB as much as you say you should definitely fight to clear your name, I certainly would. Best of luck, hope it sorts out.
