Long Story:
From what I’ve seen, new players always think one merc is better than another, which is very wrong. Some mercs in particular, Fletcher, Nader and Rhino. These are three of the mercs I see a lot of new players play as, thinking that they’re OP, but it’s not. But back to overall merc review, each merc has its benefits and downsides (pros and cons), require different levels of skill, and can be used as a counter or can be countered. I’m pretty experienced to Dirty Bomb, and I rarely use Nader, and almost never use Rhino, because I don’t do well with them compared to my playstyle. So if you think about choosing Nader, Rhino, or any merc, don’t buy it simply because you think it’s OP. Buy it because either you’ve played as them in the merc rotation and did well, or you like its playstyle and role.
Short Story:
Every merc is balenced, and no merc is the best or broken. If you plan of buying a merc, buy it from what you’ve experienced as him/her and what other EXPERIENCED players (typically lvl 10+) recommend for you.
