Balancedteams, Weaponrestriction+cvar image

Hey
I feel really really stupid to ask you for that but…heh, when g_balancedteams is set to 1 then there is no image shown in the bottom right corner (you know, while et is loading). Do you happen what can cause that crap?

Thats NQ 1.2.5
I mean, in /ref i can unable balanced teams and then this icon does appear in bottom right corner. Yet i does disappear after i /rcon exec server.cfg to restart server settings.
