Those games are not balanced, unless a lvl 5 team is like a lvl 12 team.

my friend and i attempted to play Tuesday (game is so buggy we quit until a patch is released) and we are level 7 it matched us verse level 24-40s, along with 300 ping each game we played

Levels are not used in competitive mode but ranks You can get after playing. It’s hard right now because a lot of people are unranked.
