Concussion grenade cooldown should be increased. I played the lone Thunder in a competitive match and single handedly kept the enemy team constantly blinded.

HP should be increased. Balancing based on numbers is cool but was his Hitbox size taken into account ? His pack alone doubles his torso size. Either that or improve his chances against headshots.

Concussed audio could use with a little tweaking. At the moment we have this LOUD bang to dilute environment sounds which can be very annoying to players. You could go the other way and mute sounds instead while concussed then fade in back in to normal levels. In other words instead of making a loud bang change it to muted audio for the SFX.
