[Badges Bug] Executioner doesn't get awarded

I had the last kill and the badge was shown in the badge list after the game. But it doesnt show up in the badge tab.

According to this thread some others dont get awarded either.

@NxA_Noxie I repaired the EV at start and delivered both objectives in the end. I am pretty sure, I saw Objectives 3 Badge flash up in the end, but he isnt in my collection.

Can confirm this. 100% sure I got the last kill once. Did not get the badge nor did it show up.

This is still happening, I was the only person on my team left, killed the remaining 5 players on the other team to get get the 7-3 victory and no executioner.
