Bad days

(Tom2160) #1

Is it just me that once in a while I have a ‘bad day’ were I can’t aim and track for shit. Every match I play I get a negative K/D (or just a low positive one) by getting spawn killed or running into noobs wielding shotguns. I lose every game by getting completely stomped.

This doesn’t happen often but today it is. I’m wondering, am I the only one who has these days?

For sure, it’s usually the same days when I can’t draw at all either. feels like somebody came and changed my hands during the night

Playing a session of osu solves this for me

This happened to me the other day. I was desperately trying to get my 500 daily credits for my first win and finally did, but it took a LONG time and suffering through several noob teams.

Most days I have my 2000 daily creds within 1 hour and an entire set of missions down in that time too.

Everyone plays on tilt. Take a break and come back later.

(blisteringOwlNest) #6

Yeah I normally find its because I’m on edge and frustrated. I always play better after taking a break and watching impractical jokers or something.

I found out years ago that if I am having an off day to go and do something else. Playing through it tends to not work out that well. Don’t give up right away of course but if you feel off and that feeling sticks with you then just pack it up. Unless you have a match that day. Good luck at that point.

I did get quite frustrated whilst playing so I’ll take your advice. Thanks for the feedback

There are weeks when I have a massive drops in performance on weekdays compared to weekends. Sole reason - not enough of sleep on weekdays.

(N8o) #10

It’s the exact opposite for me. I play much better when sleep repressed or deprived. Unless I have been playing when I haven’t slept for 3-4 days.

Last night I whiffed sooo bad over and over and over… No matter how hard I tried I just could not seem to get my cross-hair on target, always on either side of the enemies head… So frustrating lol

I blame Trump.

I seem to have bad days every lately I think the lack of stress from work during my vacation is to blame or I’m getting worse instead of better

Weird, I don’t think I’ve ever had “bad days” in Dirty Bomb, but who knows, there could be a lot of factors in play, or I just don’t notice it.

On an unrelated note, sometimes I have good days where I perform better than usual.
Get it, it’s a joke, the bad days are just normal days, and the normal days are just good days ahahahaha.

This is a real Signature.

(Sir_Slam) #15

Yeah those happen. Same with league too, no matter what you do you always find a way into the enemy ult, always read the map wrong, always get beat. I find its better to just play another game for a bit or go outside.

These happen to me at least once or twice a week. They are horrible days and they get me down because DB is the game I enjoy the most despite it’s flaws.

(brennanfreak) #17

I get them quite often due to getting depressed easily.
