Bad case of stuttering happening after updating to Windows 10 Creators Update

The game is lagging and stuttering horribly ever since I updated to the Creators Update few days ago (like pre MOFO update when the bad case of frame stutters used to happen randomly). I used to get solid 120-150 fps before the Creators Update and everything was fine and dandy but after upgrading it’s gone really bad in DB again. All my other games are running fine without any issues, so this is possibly some weird case with Dirty Bomb again (frame spikes keep happening during gameplay and it dips to 30-50 and then gets back to up to 120-150 again which is annoying and make’s the game unplayable due to this!)

My PC specs -
Cpu - Amd fx 8320 black edition
Motherboard - Asus M5a97 evo R2.0
Hdd - WD 1 TB Purple internal , Seagate backup+ 1 TB external
Graphics Card - Zotac Gtx 1060 AMP! 6gb DDr5
Ram - Kingston Hyper-X fury 4gb (x2)
Cabinet - Corsair carbide 400R
Cooler - Cooler Master hyper 212 EVO
Psu - Corsair RM 750
Mouse - Logitech G402 Hyperion fury
Mouse pad - Steelseries QCK mini
Monitor - Dell S2216H 22inch IPS

There are no excessive background programs running in the background or anything and all my drivers are up to date too. There were zero problems before the creators update but now all of these stuff are happening after the update. I have tried deleting the documents folder too, and then reboot the game (so the game makes a fresh ini’s of itself but that hasn’t helped me with anything too)

Any solution/help would be appreciated and please SD kindly look into this as we are on it.

I have similiar issue but not that bad. My FPS is the same but I can feel lag. It’s really weird and annoying. This happens exactly since Creators update.
It’s definitely not GPU driver (because latest with compatibility didn’t help and reinstall with DDU didn’t either).
i5 4690, gtx 1060 6gb, 8g ram.

in console, key in:

stat unitgraph

and watch for green spikes crossing a threshold. Big spikes means that a CPU processor is doing something other than rendering a frame in game.

Yellow ones are GPU related, usually tied to the green. If you see that there too many troughs in the yellow graph, this means that the GPU is being under utilised or [i]has lost touch/i] with the game.

just upgraded to windows creator and now db is having this micro stutter once in awhile, not as bad as in your video, but still noticable. Did you find a solution?

Update: I received the following reply:
…“issue you have described is currently known and being handled by our technical staff. Rest assured, it will be solved very soon!”
So if you have Windows 10 Creators Update and you are having similiar issue, it should be fixed soon™
Also, I’m very surprised how fast support replied (2 hours since contacting)

We’ve been at it since August 2016

I take you’re using NVidia graphic’s card? Do me a favor and test this while using “stat netgraph”

  1. stand still
  2. sweep your mouse rapidly left and right
  3. watch for green spikes crossing a threshold
  4. share the results
