Back to menu during game console "PROFILEGAME STOP"

When playing the quits and I’am back in the main menu without any msg’s.

When looking into the console i see “Command not recognized : PROFILEGAME STOP” .

I sure can have been trying to look into logs to. I can hardly finish a game these days so I should be able to record it. It sends me back to start screen refreshing my account (as if i disconnected or something).

Wil send it in this weekend.

Hi,

I had today the same error. A mate of me has it every second or third round… For him the game is in some way unplayable. Its fuckint annoying to loose all the time your earned experience :slight_smile: And he has this problem since a long time. I think it’s still the same.

He checked last time his console “Command not recognized : PROFILEGAME STOP”. As I checked it today it was the same error or whatever this is.

I have now filled the tickets form 5 or 6 times withouth anything happening after i press submit. So I’am done trying :frowning:

It has been steady for a while but the disconnections have been bugging me yesterday a lot… I could send video and logfiles if u need this for analysis.

If someone gets the problem, do the following:

Please provide us with a DirectX Diagnostics report and your Launch.log file.

The following steps will assist you in obtaining and saving the requested information.

Press Win (Windows Key) + R
Type in dxdiag in the text area of the popup
Press enter, and if prompted about verifying WHQL, select Yes.

If you are on a 64-bit machine, click on "Run 64-bit DxDiag"
If not, then continue on

Wait for the green bar to finish loading.
Click on "Save All Information" and save the file to your Desktop for convenience

My friend isnt playing anymore who is having this problem all the time, so he can’t do this at the moment what SD developers asked for.

Don’t think so. My mate still has the same prob but he is to lazy to open a ticket. He prefers to play other games until it is fixed.

@GM-Radrodo someone already opened a ticket with decent logs? Is this bug already in your ToFix List?

I think I cant find that much threads cause nearly nobody is using the console and so nobody is finding any error message when he gets suddenly disconnected to main menu

This is acting up since the last update again. However this has something to do with my wifi also… soon as this happens i disconnect from Teamspeak as wel.

However its anoying that during this 2 second timeout I disonnect and loose all my xp… instead of getting the “connection lost” and then play on.

Third time today this has happened to me…
once every couple days i can handle this happening once.
but today …THREE times, all during matches that were all but won!

great to see so much attention has been pointed this way since… 6 months ago?

I keep getting this error since today, it’s quite unplayable, the game just stops and kicks me to menu. ( console message : Command not recognized : Profilegame stop).
Never had it before in 500+ hours of DB.
Any solution?
