I’m curious if this exists and if so at what time? I have matches I started a week ago that the other player has not responded to. Since I’m not allowed to enter a game when it’s not my turn (which would be an VERY useful feature), I can’t opt to forfeit the match. So, I’m hoping an auto-forfeit after X days feature is in place already and if not I’d like to suggest it.
Auto-forfeit?
Yes. there has to be one.
the same is… IF there will be any statistics about win/lose … average turns to win … most played characer etc.
why should someone keep playing a game when he KNOWS he lost it… lets say he lost 2 of 3 chars and his one has no ability anymore and half hp vs a 3man range team with nearly full hp each… why keep playing when its lost… there has to be an… just as you said… time to do his turn ( i think 24h is fine there, since you may have many games besides each other and people dont always have time for it) and then the AI should make the turn or no turn, just the other player may make his turn…
with friendly regards

Games automagically expire after 7 days of inactivity. Letting you abandon matches while it’s not your turn is something we’re looking at btw.
One reason to keep playing even if you think you’ve lost is that you’ll still get coins at the end - abandoning a game or letting it expire won’t earn you anything.

Hopefully the player who had no part in letting a game expire still gets coins when someone else stops being active for a week. That aside, as many other async games have learned, 7 days is a bit too long prior to auto-forfeit. It needs to be around 3 days, 5 at the most. Especially right now as the game is new, this is when you have the most players that flood games to try it out only to quit soon after.
