When i start game i become this msg :
Sign in could not be completed.
authentication_failure

hi, i have same problem: authentication_failure - i have much worse pc but already launched and played the game - from around two days i can’t sign in

i tried repairing installation as well as reinstalling both launcher and db - still get the same error

my specs: win xp, amd phenom ii x4 955, 3,25 gb ram, amd radeon hd 6800,

Have you tried uninstalling the Nexon Launcher then reinstalling it?

I used to have this problem during the CenterCode beta. For some reason, restarting the computer helped me. Try that, and if that doesn’t work, log out and log back in, then restart.
